Take the Narita Express (JR). No change needed.
The Narita Express and the Skyliner are all-reserved limited express trains: you need a ticket for your seat, and an IC card like Suica alone isn't enough. On the other trains you can simply tap in with an IC card like Suica or PASMO.
Airport Limousine buses run to many major stations and hotels, and you can also send suitcases by courier (takkyubin).
Aim to arrive by the time your airline recommends; for international flights that is well before departure. Check-in deadlines differ by airline, so check yours.
